Dear Dr Trevor Payne,
With what great joy and pride I received news from Professor Charles Ellison of my laureate for the distinguished scholarship that you so generously offer.  I would like to thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart for this financial assistance and prestigious honour, and hope that some time in the near future will be able to firmly shake your hand and say the words in person
Thank You.

I have attached a photo and a short biography as was requested of me.  Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further details or information.  I pray that this finds you well and in good spirits as we approach a special time of sharing and giving amongst family and friends, amongst those we love and those who love us.

Sincerely Yours,

Philippe Battikha
