* Aubèrge Madeleine
Aubèrge Madeleine is a shelter for women in difficulty. Victims of mental illness, substance abuse, homelessness and conjugal violence come to the Aubèrge for the support and encouragement of a devoted staff of qualified social workers.
* Face to Face Listening and Referral Centre
Face to Face Listening and Referral Centre is dedicated to the on-going challenge of addressing the concerns of individuals struggling with poverty, homelessness, isolation, loneliness and other personal and social issues.
* Lamplighters Children’s Leukemia-Cancer Foundation
Lamplighters Children’s Leukemia-Cancer Foundation is a volunteer group of families and friends working out of the Montreal Children’s Hospital. They help children suffering from malignant diseases by creating the best healing environment possible. Their accomplishments include a cancer-treatment ward, an outpatient treatment clinic and the purchase of specialized equipment.
* Lansdowne Center
Lansdowne Center, founded in 1972, has helped students from kindergarten to elementary, through high school, CEGEP, and University, in English and French, in Montreal and on the West Island, who are having problems with their schoolwork. Their services are given by tutors who are teachers trained in Special Education. They work on a one-to-one basis, an individualized program which deals directly with the needs of each student; giving them the competence and confidence to complete their academic requirements.
* Le Roc
Le Roc works with street youth from a Drop-In Centre located in the heart of Downtown Montreal.
* Montreal City Mission
Montreal City Mission is a United Church Outreach Ministry carrying out social justice work and service programs to low-income people of Montreal. Their outreach includes refugees, families, people living with AIDS and the unemployed.
* Montreal Fluency Centre
Montreal Fluency Centre is a non-profit Charitable Institution that provides clinical programs for children with fluency, speech, language, and related problems.
* Montreal Jubilation Gospel Choir
Perpetual Scholarship for Distinction in the Arts
Established in 1995 to honor the late Rev. Dr. Charles H. Este, who served Union United Church, in St-Henri, from 1923 to 1968, this scholarship assists students in pursuit of excellence in the Arts. The Montreal Jubilation Gospel Choir was founded there in September 1982.

The Work
Street Ministries: Drop-In Centres and co-operative ventures with other Ministries and Groups.
High School: Reaching into the schools with discussion groups, events, M.R.E. class presentations and individual ministry.
Creative Arts: Using music and drama to present the gospel and address issues; providing training for the youth participating in the programs.
Satellite Ministries: Helping develop local Outreach Programs in other communities. Currently working in the Eastern Townships and Chateauguay.
Resource Ministry: Assisting Churches, Leaders, and Parents, in their own ministry to teens.
Affiliation
Montreal Y.F.C. is non-denominational but it does have a basic statement of beliefs. It has staff members, board members, and volunteers, from almost every Christian denomination. The priority in locating workers is to find individuals who love teens, and who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of their own lives.
Finances
The work and ministry is funded purely by donation. Our staff raises personal support from individuals and churches. Our General Fund is also derived in this manner.
* Share the Warmth Foundation
Share the Warmth is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 to help the homeless with food and clothing. Today, it assists over three thousand needy people a month including those who are on social assistance, pensioners, and hungry school children. The foundation services the needy in the southwest of Montreal which includes Pointe St-Charles, Little Burgundy, St-Henri, Verdun, and N.D.G.
* St-James United Church Drop-In Center
St-James United Church Drop-In Center has been in operation for nearly 10 years. This community outreach program provides over 15,000 meals a year to Montreal’s homeless and streetwalkers.
* Youth in Motion
Youth in Motion is a non-profit Community Centre in Little Burgundy. For the past seven years, they have offered inter-cultural, educational, and socio-recreational activities and programs to youth aged 12 to 17.
* VSO Canada
VSO Canada enables men and women to work alongside people in poorer countries, in order to share skills, build capabilities, and promote international understanding and action, in the pursuit of a more equitable world.
